WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy was inspired by Milton Erickson’s practice and is a suggestion-based therapy using soft relaxation, focus, concentration and visualisations addressing the brain’s « faulty » programmes. It allows people to change behaviours such as :
- Addiction,
- Weight loss,
- Phobias,
- Emotional troubles,
- Depression,
- Sleep issues,
- Stress
Zero Mental Therapy is a de-hypnosis method mixing hypnosis, NLP and meditation. The core idea is that we are all deeply hypnotized by our mental. It creates a flow of thoughts, emotions, ideas and perceptions to which we identify permanently. Just as if we were watching a movie, the movie of our life, projecting ourselves into the main character and feeling all of his/her emotions. ZM Therapy is about becoming aware of this illusion, waking up of this hypnotic dream and happens through our conversation, stepping back, watching the movie from a distance and even stopping the movie.
Hypnosis and ZM are short-term therapeutic tools inducing behavioural changes and proposed in individual and customized sessions, taking into account the history of the patient, his/her strengths, resources, motivations, obstacles and constraints to reach the purpose.
It is complementary to sophrology and I incorporate both methods to boost results.
