After working as a training officer and a customer relationships manager, I turned to language teaching for 15 years as an independent training teacher in companies and schools. I then worked for 10 years in a Business school and I organised events and executive education programmes at the international level for executives. It involved preparing seminars in France, but also in Europe, China, the United States, Africa, the Emirates… and I was in connection with very different cultures. At each stage of my career track, I have developed and adapted my training and coaching abilities to different audiences: pupils, students, employees, trainees, by creating a trusty and considerate relationship with them.
Sensitive to the ecological challenges of our planet and to the human relationships within a company, I was also a witness to the growing physical and mental tensions among schoolchildren, students, teachers and employees. I decided to contribute to the development of a human ecology in the broadest sense of the term. Sophrology emerged as a particularly powerful tool to accompany and transform my own daily life as a worker, a wife and a mother and to help the changes in my career.
It is thus very naturally and with full confidence in that method that I turned to sophrology as a profession. I followed a two-year training course to become a certified sophrologist (RNCP). I also trained in CNV (Non-Violent Communication) in France and Belgium. I also practise Qi Gong, cardiac coherence, the Vittoz® method, the Sedona® method and the Sophro-ludique® method (a more playful method for all) which I can integrate into my sophrology sessions according to demand.
My training and experience enable me to accompany you today with benevolence in your approach.
